Brianna Thomas is show being presented the River City Cruiser Car Club $500 Scholarship by her Grandmother, Rosemary Thomas. Also show is her proud dad, Jason Thomas. The car Brianna is sitting in is a 1941 Chevy “chopped top” Coupe and was entirely built by her late grandfather, Gilbert Thomas.

The sum of the check represents a portion of the donations that were sent to the River City Cruisers in John Frey’s name to use at our discretion.
